If you would rather make your purchase by Mail Order (either for electronic deliver via e-mail attachment OR placed onto a CD), please download and fill out a Mail Order form (either the PDF or JPG file) and read the below information and instructions. Postage and Handling Charges:
E-Mail Deliver: FREE
CD Purchases: If your CD purchase totals $15.99 or more, shipping/postage is FREE. For all orders under $15.99, if the final shipping address is Within North America: Add $3.50/ if the final shipping address is Outside North America: Add $5.00/ Shipping/Handling covers the cost of the CD, the CD label, CD Jewel Case, the full color CD cover, and for the padded mailing envelope and protective card insert -- we take great care to ensure that our packaging protects your purchase during the mailing process.
NOTE: We only charge the actual amount for postage/handling; by the standards of the industry, our rates are very low.

Order Currency:
All orders must be in USA dollars, although we do take Canadian Tire Money, but it must be the equivalent of the US amount, with any remaining portion being paid by check/MO (see payment options below).

Payment Options:
For the purposes of mail order, Canadian and USA orders may use either personal checks Money Orders and Certified Cashiers Checks (drawn on a US Bank); orders from outside North America must be made using International Money Orders (this is due to the prohibitive additional cost and waiting period of cashing foreign checks in Canada).
     
Shipping Mail Orders:
CD Purchases: All orders are shipped out by First Class Airmail.
Other Purchases: If you would like to have the PDF files sent to your e-mail address, please specify this on the order form, write in your e-mail address and times preferred to have the files shipped.

Special Shipping Orders:
If you have special concerns or order preferences, please note this in the initial order. Special concerns can be for package insurance, additional mail/e-mail instructions (mail box limits; best time to ship; etc), if the purchase is intended as a gift, etc.

Timeliness:
E-Mail Deliver: As soon as payment has cleared, we ship.
CD Purchases: Allow 2 to 3 weeks for deliver to North American destinations; allow 3 to 4 weeks for deliveries to outside North American destinations. In most cases, delivery will occur faster than what is indicated, but due to seasonal differences of the post offices around the world, delays can occur. All orders are processed in priority; orders are usually shipped within 3 or 4 business days of receiving the order.
